Andrew Buchan has been specializing in clinical negligence and personal injury since 1985. He is a member of the Personal Injury Bar Association executive committee. He was junior counsel in Walker v. Northumberland County Council [1995] 1 ALL ER 737. Since that time he has lectured widely on the subject of occupational stress and bullying claims. He was junior counsel in the successful bullying case of WATERS v CHIEF Metropolitan Police Comr [2000] 1 WLR 1607, JL. He is currently instructed in the case of Barber v Somerset County Council, (psychiatric injury caused by overwork) which is due to be heard by the House of Lords in February 2004. He has been a CEDR accredited Mediator since 2000 and has taken part in many personal injury mediations.

Jenny Kennedy is a partner in the personal injury and clinical negligence department of Anthony Gold & Co on London’s Southbank. She is a member of both the Law Society’s Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Panels, on the referral panel of the Spinal Injuries Association and Headway, and a member of APIL.

Eliot Woolf is a barrister at 199 Strand London. He specializes in all aspects of personal injury and clinical negligence, appearing on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants. He has a particular interest in accidents that occur abroad (including holiday claims), together with Fatal Accidents Act claims. He appears regularly at the CICA and at Inquests.
