Personal Injury Reports Consolidated Tables (2007 – 2012)

Description

More than 800 incidents have been reported in the Personal Injury Reports since it began in July 2007. (PIR). The reported cases include a variety of personal injury awards from the Sessions Courts, High Court, and Court of Appeal. The Personal Injury Reports Consolidated Tables 2007–2012, which serve as an exhaustive and convenient reference for all instances recorded in the PIR from 2007–2012, have now been created to integrate these cases.

For ease of reference, the Personal Injury Reports Consolidated Tables 2007 – 2012 is divided into four parts, namely:

• Illustrations of the anatomy can be found in this area, which can be used as a rapid reference to identify the different parts of the anatomy, different kinds of fractures, etc.
• Table of reported cases (Alphabetical) – The cases that have been reported are listed in this table of reported cases in alphabetical order. To make it easier to find cases when just one party’s name is known, the names of the parties are also listed in reverse order. Cases cited in reverse, however, are not cited.

• Table of reported cases (Courts) – The High Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Sessions Court are listed alphabetically in this table of reported cases.
• Quantum Table – The Quantum Table is a brief summary and rapid reference of judgements rendered by the courts. citations are included for cross-referencing to the particular cases, and injuries are categorised.
