Description
The fifth edition of Probate and Administration Law in Singapore and Malaysia builds on the distinguished legacy of the late Dr Gopalan Raman, whose work has long been recognised as a leading authority in this field. It continues to stand as the only comprehensive resource in Singapore devoted specifically to probate and administration law, serving as an essential guide for practitioners, academics, and students navigating this intricate area.
The demand for a specialised text focused on the legal frameworks of Singapore and Malaysia remains strong. This edition meets that demand by offering updated analysis, practical guidance, and recent case law developments, providing readers with reliable and authoritative insight into the principles and procedures governing probate and administration in both jurisdictions.
Featuring contributions from experienced practitioners, this edition is an indispensable reference for lawyers, judges, and all those engaged in estate planning and administration.
