About the Authors:
Dr. Yusnita Binti Mohd Yusof is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Multimedia University (MMU). She holds a PhD in Law from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and previously served as a Syarie Lawyer in Negeri Sembilan. Her areas of interest include the Law of Succession, Probate, Professional Practice, Equity and Trusts, and the Law of Evidence.
Nur Fazini Asro is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Multimedia University (MMU). She holds an LL.M from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2005, she practised primarily in civil litigation before joining academia. She has over twelve years of teaching experience, specialising in Civil Procedure, and has also taught in various areas including constitutional law, contract law, legal skills, and IT‑related law. She is currently pursuing her PhD.
Wan Nur Addibah Binti Adnan is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Multimedia University (MMU). She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). Before joining academia, she practiced in general litigation and alternative dispute resolution, with experience in commercial disputes, industrial relations, and medical negligence. Her academic and research interests continue to focus on these areas, including consumer law, artificial intelligence and media law.
