ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Colin Andrew Pereira graduated with LLB (Hons) from the University of Bristol and is a Barrister-at-Law. An Advocate and Solicitor of both the High Court of Malaya and the Supreme Court of Singvapore, Colin also holds a Diploma in International Arbitration and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). He served as Chairman of the Strata Management Tribunal for seven years, presiding over a wide range of disputes that deepened his practical insight into strata law and governance.
